    I don't know about that, he seems to know how to fall and roll pretty well. Just like free riding, its all about being smooth

    no matter how smooth its still serious abuse on his knees. He is also a serious gymnast. I've seen a bunch of videos of this guy.

    Even if you're "smooth" jumping off of buildings and stuff like that over and over just can't be good on your joints at all. On a bike at least you have some sort of suspension, at least a suspension fork to soften the blows.
