    Follow Me DVD/itunes

Just curious who has purchased this and whether you bought the DVD or got it on itunes. I bought it on itunes and I am stoked on the movie and the price. I have purchased every NWD and Collective film on DVD for about $25-30 a piece. It's nice to have the digital option for a reasonable price. Any thoughts?

So should I get follow me or NWD 10 off iTunes? They're the same price... Follow me is 44 minutes, how long is NWD 10?

    Both are freakin' amazing.

I think NWD is longer... really can't decide which one I would prefer.

+1 for follow me, but both are good.

as far as burning itunes on to dvd...no. you have to strip the DRM from the files, then u can burn. if you dont know how, search google.

If you like tail whips, NWD. If you like hauling ass, Follow Me.

Great, I downloaded the HD Follow Me off itunes, go to play it, get a "computer not authorized to play this video", sign in to authorize it, get a "computer is already authorized", and I just get a blank screen when I go to play the HD or standard version.

off the top of my head, so excuse me if wrong.

Find your itunes folder, look for the movie file.

Try running that file in media player classic.

if that doesn't work get a free filetype converter (google)

    That will guarantee DRM stripping.

Then it will run in MPC.

you get alot of extra video with the DVD. If you just want to watch the feature itself then get it from iTunes.

Why doesn't i-Tunes offer the full vid with extras?

Only thing I don't like about downloading it

    I guess that's why it's 1/2 the price
But they should offer a choice

Both of the movies are excellent and NWD 10 is a bit longer, especially with the extras added in. I managed to get Dust and Bones free when Beyond Bikes was doing the promotion for it.

Follow Me has a better feel, a bit better production quality (some AMAZING cable/heli shots), and makes you want to ride a little more. That said, it's a little light on real bangers, which is where NWD shines. Overall, I prefer Follow ME, but they're both really solid.

have you downloaded HD movies from itunes before with success?

if not, the blank screen symptom makes me think some kind HDCP incompatibility.

That wouldn't be the issue since the SD version gives him the same result.

Try going to the folder it's in and just double clicking it from there (with itunes closed.) I had the same issue when I tried to play it from my laptop after I transferred it with a USB thumb drive. This solved it for me, hopefully it helps you.

Yea I just bought em both. Both are really solid but I liked follow me's feel better. Focused more in the joy of riding with groups and the friendship. Nwd was more solo big hitters doin their thing. Both really great though. Nwd is about 5 mins longer.
