    e.13 tech/customer support

    Hey all....I just got off the phone with Jonas at e.13 components. Had a few questions about adapter plate compatibility with the Saint outboard BB bearings. Anyway, I feel compelled to let you all know about the EXCELLENT friendly tech advice he took the time to give. Explained everything to me, and even had the specs of the steelhead frame I'm building pulled up to make sure everything was correct. He pulled up the online retailer I was perusing and he told me they were selling the old version of the guide. I ended up ordering the "32 special" srs guide straight from them. So this is a big "HELL YEAH" to e.13. Make sure you buy their ****. Werd.

    YES Jonas helped me out with some gudes for our bikes to today !!
    E-13 is a class act and Michael and Jonas do a really good job !!!

    Same experience for me as well. e.13Jonas has impeckable CS . Everyone else in th' biz could take a few lessons & cues from Jonas.
