DRS guide without the bash ring?

Does anyone sell the e13 DRS guide without the bash ring? I've got a Truvativ bashring on my bike already.

The bashring of the DRS is only a 10 dollar component, so it shouldn't be a big deal, you wouldn't save any money really.

e13 announced a new 2006 product which is basically what you are looking for. It's supposed to be an all mountain DRS and it doesn't include a bash ring.

Just buy a regular DRS and sell the ring on the classifieds for 20-25$.

Just buy the E13 and use the bashguard that comes with it. The E13 bash ring is indistructable! and it isn't as grabby on rocks and cement ledges.

If he has the polcarbonate Truvativ one, it's basically identical to the e.13.

Not really. I broke my truvativ one in a week of urban riding.

The E13 is still going strong.

interesting. I thought I would save tons of cash, or at least $30. if the difference is marginal I'll just buy the whole setup, use the e13 and keep the Truvativ in the ever growing spare parts box.

I emaild E13 about the same thing a few months ago. Don't remember how much they were going to sell it to me for, but it just made more sence to get it with the bash guard. If you don't need it, Ebay it and recoop like $25
It's not a good ride if you don't scare yourself at least once.
