Well I work there so I can't give you an unbiased opinion, but there's a lot of good downhill and freeride stuff in there, trail reviews, race reviews, rider interviews, product tests, custom bike build, photo section, attractive women! etc etc

Looks like a killer mag, what are the differences between this mag and "Decline"?

I suppose we're similar to Decline in that Distilled is DH and Freeride-orientated, but we're MUCH smaller, and only sold through certain bike stores and by subscriptions. Also, we're on the east coast (NYC), whereas they're California based. Decline is a great mag so props to them, but hopefully people will like our more homegrown approach and east-coast style too. We also take subscriptions from anywhere in the world

    I am a subscriber

and I am happy with it. The pictures and paper quality is first rate. Decline comes out 10xs a year while distilled is only 4xs a month but every issue I have read is really good. I like the writing in the distilled better then decline. These guys are based in nyc and thats were I live so I got a subscription to support my home boys. I am glad I did because its s good quality magazine.

Good to know! I'm from Long Island originally, so I might need "support the boys" and place a order.
