    Nice. Nice helmet too, but you should really change it out. Switchblades weren't built for real FR/DH. I wear mine XCing and have a seperate FR/DH head protector. Just don't hurt yourself with the Switchblade and then give it a bad review because you are not using it like it was intended to be used. People who do that really irriatate me.

    i got a downhill helmet but its to hot so i use my switchbalde. More protection than a regular helmet but not as hot as a downhill helmet. Although sometimes i downhill with it. I have taken some bad crashes with it and still holds up fine.

    New question here. switchblade?!

    where'd you guys find a switchblade for sale? i can't seem to find anywhere to get one in the usa...i have to get a new one and would also settle for the met parachute-same design

    they don't make the swichblade anymore for the very reasons stated above people were using them and crashing and geting their faces shreaded up by the plastic jaw protector when it finaly snaped. go buy a carbon fiber helmet they r light and well worth the hard earned $$$

    got my switchblade off of ebay

    the fox 40 is so nice and light. best fork i have ever had. Its a demo 8 pro.

    That just reminded me. When i DJ i only wear a skate helmet, no gloves, shinpads...

    Maybe my body would thank me if i wore just a little more protection
