    Good job! Deity Components

Just posting a thread to again let everyone who already knows it, and maybe the three lurkers left who don't:

    Deity customer service rocks

I picked up the saddle and after only a few rides the rails came loose. Has this happened to anyone else?

One quick email to Deity and within a few minutes Eric got me a response and a new saddle shipped the next day.
Anyhoo, this morning I got my warrantied replacement after 4 business days shipping across the border with UPS

    Effen A Thanks Eric

I have the same saddle and the front is a little loose too. It hasn't bothered me enough to do anything about it, but its nice to know they have good CS.

    Deity rocks.

Have had my saddle for months now and no problems whatsoever; comfy, pimpin', and not too heavy - what more to ask?

I also own bars, stem, & end caps. And t-shirts. All solid and beautiful. Plus, Eric has good taste in movies. High Tension was gooood.

I have their FR saddle, and I love it. The only seat I've had that doesnt hurt my butt for the long hauls to get to your riding spots. Only complaint I could ever argue with their products is weight :/....but can't have it all. Great company with great products!

Deity is a pretty cool company for sure. They're teaming up with Transition for a guerrilla show at Interbike. Sounds like it's going to be a good time.
