No good Damn it I cant ride....

My own fault though.I rolled my ankle pretty bad stepping off a curb of all effing things. It was pretty swollen and still is, my heal has a nice purple hue to it too. Oh well I gotta wait for the **** to get better now. Maybe I can focus on my studies more? Prolly not. Anyways thats all I got.

Have some good rides for me dudes!!!

I know how you feel, I crashed on a trail called "The Boneshaker." (how appropriate) Now I have to wait a few days for the wrists to heal up before I can get out there again. I sat around Sunday and stalked my friends on MySpace since I couldn't ride my bike. Pathetic.
Getting a dropper post is like getting a bidet. I didn't know I needed one until I get one and boy, does my ass thank me.

learn to ride, can't walk, now can't ride...

you know, most people learn to walk first, THEN learn to ride a bike Though to be honest, I'd rather be able to ride than walk, myself

Hope you can get back on your bike soon!

thanks for all the vibes dudes. i am walking on it but i still look like a gimp. its funny when people see you limp. they look at you all weird like they have never seen a sprained ankle before. but it gets chicks attention too , so i am gonna milk that for all its worth. anyways the wind is blowing 343,757,345,233,000.03 miles an hour right now so i couldnt ride anyways. have a good one.

I can ride a bike better than I can walk.

after the first day or 2, keep the brace/wrap off it as much as possible. it will only cause blood to pool there and make it more swolen and bruised around the area. As soon as the initial swelling goes down, you want to stimulate blood flow without moving it too much. also, eat lots of protein and calcium supplements. if you do it wrong, it takes months to heal. if you do it right, 2-3 weeks tops.

Not only do you need calcium, but Vitamin D. Otherwise the calcium
wont work as well. Oh, and not just supplements, but make sure you
flake out on your lawn to try and get some D. And also make sure
you get some yogurt/milk into you regularly, and you will be
    good as new.
