converting rear hub, rear spring weight

helo, is their a way ov converting i standard qr rear hub to a 12mm mount, as iv been building an intense m1 over the past few months and iv just got the wheels built (sun double trak's, dt swiss black spokes and dmr revolver hubs) and id compleatly forgoten the m1 has 12mm drop outs, is their enything i can do or am i going to have to rip the wheels apart to change the hub?

Another problem , the fox rear shok feels way to soft, now im 15stone and it feels like theirs not much holding my weight, is their a way to find what spring wight is on it?

The ability to change your rear hubs axle size is dependent on which hub you have. Some you can change, some you can't. Tell us what hub you have.
The spring should give you a stroke length and weight (eg. 3.0 x 350).
You can use this link to find your proper spring:

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
