I tried to post a fork for sale about a week ago and it never came up.
I sent an email in asking about it and never got a response.
Ive been a member since 2004 and have posted things before without a problem. Still haven't heard anything back from anyone. I posted it on Pinkbike and sold it in a few days.

Every ad I've ever posted on here has been available immediately.
People wait for me on the way up. I wait for them on the way down.

Also realize that if/when it does appear, after a month if it doesn't sell and you don't re-post the ad it won't simply be taken down, it will be marked as "sold".

    Hello SMT,

Your ad is now posted. For some reason, your ad got stuck in the payment pending queue (which can sometimes happen if you go back and forth in the browser, or something like that.)

    All good now.

I'd put it on Craigslist or Pinkbike. Every ad I place on MTBR gets little to no interest. All desirable gear at good prices. CL and Pinkbike always get great responses.

x2. i dont sell anything on here, but i've tried browsing for parts a few times...

their marketplace/classifieds section leaves a lot to be desired. better off selling on CL or PB.

I have sold about 4 or 5 bikes on mtbr classifieds so I disagree. Of course you know what they say about opinions!!!!

Really don't like the layout of the classifieds, makes it hard to find what you're looking for I think, atleast compared to pinkbike
