I quit Banshee because i was ready to ride some different bikes.
I'm still down with Banshee, and everyone that runs that $hit. They stepped up their game a ton with the new Scream. Those guys rock, and so do their bikes.

I don't max out anymore, because i lift for MMA fighting. We do way higher reps with less weight.
The most i've put up in the last 6 months is 270 on bench.

That's a nice build. I like the Cowans. How do you like the geared bike for street/dj's after riding ss for a while?
She said "No, you're wrong." I said "You got a lumpy butt." She got mad at me and yelled at me and I pissed in my pants and I never did change my pee-pants all day. I'm still sittin' in my dirty pee-pants.

I love it. I had some problems with my SS set up though. I would always blow my chain, and eat $hit hard over the bars.

that's still quite a bit. this guy allan garcia that used to work for my parents is training for some type of fighting like that. he's good friends with chuck liddel. i saw chuck once when i was leaving the shop and he was coming over with allan, that guy is effing gnarly. i would not want to get in his way. and your new bike is super sweet. next time you come down to 'texas' i migh have to head to the south 805 or show you TUNNEL...

    Mr. Dank,
So glad to see you on a bike that I can really endorse; don't get me wrong the Scream was my dream bike for a while, but I love me the Kona. Look forward to seeing some good action shots.

I'm not training to fight in the UFC. The UFC is like the NFL, or NBA. I'm gonna be fighting in a much smaller organization. Hopefully the Gladiator Challenge.

I imagine there is quite a difference in weight between the banshee and the scream. I hefted a banshee frame a while back and it was a TANK.

What did you mean to say? The new screams are lighter. Mine only weighed around 47-48 pounds. It ain't a race bike.

Good sh*t...that's cool. I trained for two and half years with Rodrigo Medeiros (out Carlson Gracie school). After I separated my shoulder riding...I never got back into it. I would really like to though. I felt really good when I was training, beat up...but good. I'm assuming that you train no gi...but there's a really good book out called
The Essential Guard by Rodrigo Medeiros and Kid Peligro. Good technical stuff with a lot of attention to detail. Good luck with the training.
