    Chdh #2 Pics

Okay, not yet. But when they are up I will post a link to this thread.

Crazy course todays boys and girls. Soft loamy soil, rocks, and blown rims everywhere. The weather was hot...the farmers tan a bit worse and the peeps awesome.

Here's a teaser courtesy of my assistant

Here are a few to tell the story....

Reminiscent of WWII fallen soldiers, this weapon and helmet lay in honor of those who gave it their all today at CHDH.

This poor wheel gave it's life to a rock on the first left berm coming down the hill.

Waylon Smith in his "Uber-Suit" tired of the heckling he'd been getting all day. I bet he shaved his legs too

Team Giant's very own Amiel Cavalier identifying the papparazzi int he crowd.

It's a long way up to the top.

    For some action

    Hope you enjoyed...more are coming.

I really like this one. It's interesting to see how totally compressed this guy is, compared to the guy in the next pic in almost exactly the same spot.

BLS had the sweet spot. I was "working" the race, so after a few start pics, I was sorta stuck in a photographers "no-mans land" open, flat, straight section.

Anyway, to jump on his train..here are a few of my favorites from today.

Desmo nice. I think they are much improved over the CHDH 1 pics! What program are you using for post processing?

I am still using CS2, just using it less

Worked on panning today when I was up top. down low, with the slower classes, I went down to 1/650 and panned a little.

And thank you for the compliment (well, you are teaching me after all)

CS2 is great...my CS3 is finicky. Teaching? nah, maybe just sharing some knowledge or guess work.

Good work out there today flagging the fallen riders. I couldn't believe how many people were going OTB up there.

I do, I haven't forgotten about you of guys and gals. I've had some stuff I had to get done for The Core from a surf contest the weekend before last. Now I'm working on some stuff for Oakley from a surf contest last weekend. Then, I should have a bunch of the CHDH stuff done.

    Sorry for the delays guys!

Can't make sandhill, leaving that day for Oregon and some xc riding with my dad.

    Sharks huh?
