    cAnAdiA pics...

Went into BC for 4days of great riding.

Trail conditions on Monday were tacky and buff thx to the continued efforts of the trail crews at the Bike Park in Whistler.
The weather were as good as one can ask... blue sky and warm temperature...
Got to clock myself top to bottom and found it to be respectable timing.

On Monday we actually took time to chill, really take in the experience and snap some shots instead of going balls out most of the day...

Tuesday we were off for some North Shore tourist trails on Fromme.
Conditions were pristine there too !

1- No-Look on the table to step-up near upper NoJoke/FreightTrain junction
2- Ladder 2 Ladder action on InDeep
3- More Ladder 2 Ladder action on Lower JoyRide
4- The Shore: AirSupply - Somebody get me a paper bag !
5- The Shore: Espresso - Testing out the fresh work

Sorry 'bout the crappy shots... I'd hate to fry a good camera the day I happen to take a digger...

every one of those landings on AirSupply are nothing but butter.
Those ramps are built very well and only for success... They maintain them periodically and I'm guessing the gaps are maybe 20-30ft? if you hit the trannies about half way down... you'd have to be doing something extremely beyond your capabilities to fk up on those jumps... they're like training wheels for the hucker wannabe's... no disrespect to anyone...

FM, that step-down ladder on lower JoyRide is a beautiful way to end that trail... at first, when you see it, you kinda do a "what have they done", then you walk down to see it and say, "ahhh, sweeeet... forget the roll, this mutha's cries out for air"... sweet step-down, but you wanna be crispy on that or you'll pinball off the trees at speed if you lose control...

I saw someone try and double it, and not roll it, and went off into the trees. He was alright, but it wasn't fun to watch.

I'm starting to think I'm retarded.

Sitting here on meds with ice on my damn arm and all I want to do is go back up there and ride.

    Something is wrong with me................

Every one of those gap jumps has an encased landing. You can see that there is one just on the other side of the little ramp I'm hucking over.
I chose this angle for the pic because it had the best overall composition, tho' it's too bad the camera sux or it could have been a great shot.

EIO, you're not retarded, you are passionate about something you love... heal up and be glad to be alive !
