    Yeoch! Best wishes! I separated my shoulder Thursday, level 4 and go to surgery on monday. Oh well we'll miss the hottest months of the summer at least!


    I also have a huge bruise above my kiester that looks like those tattoos chicks get.

    happend me its a pain in the ass and u will think it will never get better but it will give it TIME and dont rush into stuff or it will take longer

    hey! im with ya too! it certainly sucks the big one. this is the first day ive felt good at all since i did it on saterday. mine isnt bruised at all though. it actually looks better then it usually does. usually they're poking way out im so damn skinny. but now it looks fine haha. btw that was my moms ever optimistic observation

    Definately Sucks... Yeah mine bruised up like that first picture, super nasty. . . couldn't sleep right for the first week... you'd finally get comfortable and fall asleep and the move "FYCK! that hurt".

    Wish you a speedy recovery. Mine didn't look that pretty, but required extensive surgery that consisted of 4 procedures to rebuild. Make sure you follow the physical therapy exactly as prescribed = makes all the difference in the world afterwords.
