Hey guys - I just got back from a long trip to the east coast, and along the way, I took the time to visit Brooklyn Machine Works' factory (http://www.brooklynmachineworks.com/). If anyone has a chance, it's definitely worth a visit. The guys at the shop are totally cool, and they usually have some BMW race-links sitting around to try on. I really got a kick out of a 2000 race-link they have there, which must weigh almost 70 pounds (it has an old Avalance MTN-10 fork, weighs 15 pounds by itself).

There are a bunch of bikes fitted out with avalanche forks, and I can say that they are supremely awesome.
