The "snap" was actually his helmet. If I read correctly he broke 2 ribs.

I broke my collarbone about 4 months ago. Just slid out and rolled off my elbow/sholder. No snap or anything. I'm still calling BS, and I want my summer back.

I've broke mine twice. I couldn't hear it but I definitely knew it was broken.

Oh, damn. I got knocked out when I broke mine, so I have no idea what it sounded like. That was sickening.

I snapped mine a month ago. I'm going for a new X-ray to see the plate and bolts this afternoon! Here's the initial brake.

I crashed in a sandy high speed corner at a DH race at Sol Vista. I remember a sharp pain, no noise though. I got up and the EMT asked if I was ok, I said yeah and went to pick up my bike. That's what really hurt, lifting a 43 lb DH bike with your arm that has the broken collar bone. I yelled in pain and told the EMT "I may not be ok afterall".

You have just been mentally Rick Roll'd. Yup you're thinking about it right now aren't you? Don't fight it.
