    Boxxer WC topping out

All I did was change the oil in the lowers. When I pumped it to 130 psi, it was very rigid. I dropped it to 100, it felt fine, but was topping off and the first inch of travel was very firm (no small bump compliance). What did I do?

No, its not, actually it has nothing to do with the damper side. If you didn't have enough oil, you'd be losing some damping (and probably getting some cavitation, but I'm not certain about that.

As far as the stiff at the top of the travel, I'm not sure about that. different issue then the topping out.

I actually just went through the same thing as far as topping out. There are two things it can be. Pull apart the solo air side. You don't need to bother with the damper side. Check the wavy spring washer near the top. Make sure the small c clip is seated correctly. Check the crimped on part at the bottom for play. If there is play, you'll need a new solo air piston.
