I have a complete 05 Boxxer WC in good shape. Not sure if the 05's worked with the 06 though.

i don't believe the 05's will work for an 06. to the OP, you might just be better off buying a used one off some classifieds. My buddy just got a race for $300

I'm inclined to believe an 05 would work for an 06. 05 is when the lowers were redesigned with the rounded arch rather than the flat one. And even then, I think I recall people retrofitting the really old ones with the newer damping and replacing damaged lowers with the newer style.

XSL_WiLL My tech guy said that there is a slight difference between 05 and 06 lowers, ie. bushings are thigter in 2005 boxxers. Logically thinking it could be right. Semi bath system generates more friction (?)

They have lowers at AEBike. They are $188, so not exactly cheap:

I think Kuba is right, the 05's were open bath and the 06's switched to motion control which is closed.

I'd sell you my whole fork for less than that. I'm sure you could piece something together out of the both of them.

The best way is to catch the Sram mechs at a race. I got some brand new WC lowers for $100 at Crankworx
