Yo Fo'shiznitz, a gravitee retarder is a device that provides anal sexual pleasure as you ride [I thought you would allready know all about that]. Just look at that baby! Don't you get wood just looking at it?

You all are right; my apologies. It would be wrong to bring down the level of intelligence here in the DH forum with our senseless turner bickering. Wrong because you can't get much less intelligent than it is here.

And I hope you see the ironic humor in my above statement as it was intended.

<hr style="color: rgb(183, 183, 183);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message --> While they are pretty crappy pics (minus the ones Chad sent to me), they will make due. The 4 kids fighting sure didnt help.

Good news is that bike weighs more than originally stated (Chad, check your scale). Went by my local shop tonight to let my buddy check it out and without pedals we weighed it on the digitcal scale and it came in at 34.3 lbs! So with pedals, which arrived later by email in a separate shipment from Chad, total weight is actually 35.7 lbs Like I said, sub 35 lb bikes are for biatches.

There are indeed some budget / generic parts which helped keep the cost at a few hundred bucks less than some lame-asss of the shelf Specialized Stumpjumper Pro. They include Deore front der, X7 shifters and rear der, generic chain and cassette, along with Hone cranks. All these parts are more than fine and I particularly like the 2-ring Hone cranks, very cool.

Previously posted wheel pics. powdercoated 5.1 rims with I9 hubs/spokes using 20mm front hub and 10mm rear hub using a Hadley 10mm x 135mm thru axle.

FO havent you too met before 50mm stem

    wow!

not that I have anything against gay people (like Renegade and Aquaholic), but that bike pictured has got to be the gayest color coordinated thing i have every seen

Then perhaps you should be paying more attention at school while you're there. Do you want to be a witless shelf stocker at Kmart all your life?

    T and A and "period" don't mix.

You'll learn that but it won't be in class.

Do I know what TA is. Heck yea, that was my favorite subject in high school, and still is today. T!TS and A$$!!! What a great class.
But you only sit around during this time? What's wrong, don't you like T&A?

this is one of the most jacked threads I've ever seen.... well, not quite, but it has potential!

very interesting how these homoers interact when in foreign territory... horribly attempting to pick up on a foreign language by spitting stereotypes, but then resorting to an inside joke so at least something familiar can still be communicated between them and seem witty at the same time.
maybe if we are quiet, and play into the game, we can document more behavior... just wait and see how responses come. just don't mention bushings, or color coordination, it gets them too riled up to record anything meaningful.

These are the rides I have owned, starting from my first ride:

Sold that one cos I wanted a fullsuspension bike ^

Sold that one cos I wanted more travel ^

    That frame I cracked ^

That frame was just not the right frame for me (and it was too big) ^

Just bought a frame to put my left-over parts on and then sold it ^

The suspension just wasn't good, not even close. The worst fullsusser I've tried ^

Good bike, sold the frame to try smth new. Never owned a "high end" frame, so I bought the vp-free. ^

I moved and had no place to have two bikes so I sold the XC bike ^

And this is the only bike I have right now:

OMG, have I owned that many bikes

    My Bike

    Here's my bike again.
New wheelset (thank-you!), new Maxxis Highrollers, DHX Coil came back from PUSH so that's back on there, and new XO derail/shifter.

You put a Pike on a 3# XC hardtail frame? That's gotta be the only one of those in existance. At least you were running it reduced.

That's cos the parts are from my old bike. Just changed the frame, tyres and some other small parts. And the PIKE is the dual air model, I was running it at about 110mm travel. The best HT XC frame I've ever ridden. Not the cheapest tho. 870 scandium frame, 1300g. The complete bike was too heavy, a little under 12kg.

Yeah, the Scape is a nice frame. I'm considering one as my next XC bike. I just thought a Pike was an unusual fork for one.

It is, and if I would have had the money I would have bought a Reba team. Also a I-beam seatpost with the I-Fly saddle would have been grat investments on that bike.
