    Staats MTX Soft Tail

    Hello,

The frame is a Staats MTX Soft Tail. you can check the specs here: http://www.staatsbikes.com/Default.aspx?tabid=871

I have though about getting one of these frames myself. Staats has always made pretty nice framessts. Looks like a good score if you make some component changes. Talk to you later.

Sure is the closest I have seen so far. except for the bar under the shock its identical. Actually I am convinced it's an older one becuase of the s on the drop outs on both bikes.

    Thanks

Having owned a Staats before, the "S" cut out in the drop outs indicates a Staats. Staats makes some nice bikes... this was a score.

Oh yeah lots of work ahead including new paint for sure. Need to get it media blasted and let her pic a color. My daughter loves how it rides. But all she knows is how a walmart bike rides. So anything feels better than one of those .
