    Bighit Bearings Torque

Well, my Bighit is making creaking noises from the bearings, and it has an unusually large amount frame flex, so I pulled out the shock, and some bearings are creaking; I guess I'll be repacking them, and if that doesn't work-I'll be replacing them

To what specs should I torque down the nuts and bolts that hold the bearings in place on a 2006 Bighit?

.....and If I need to replace the bearings, where should I go get some new ones....and is there a bearing set that will make the frame way less flexy?
