Freeride Wheelset? Well I know that Hope Pro II's to 823's are a solid DH setup...so I'm going to recommend the same.

Also you didn't give us a budget. If you can't afford something like that, Outlaws or Transition Revolutions work OK as well.

For the price Azonics are dope!

Not sure what price range you were looking at but I got a set of 09 Azonic Outlaws for a sweet deal. Not saying they are the best that is a matter of opinion and depends on you goals (or what you need out of the rims).

PM if you would like get a red set in 150MM spacing for the rear.

    EDIT: Sold!

I didn't give price range since I'm just looking for opinion, not realistic buying options.

I'm actually looking at getting a gold wheel set maybe bombshell for next season. I won't have the cash on me till next season since I'm getting a new ride soon.

    Thanks for the posts

bro, if you are riding gnarly go for some dt swiss 440 hubs laced with mavic 823 rimes, 3x, 32 hole rim and hub, but if you are big or riding super hard bro, go with 440 hubs and 823 rims but 36 hole 3x
