Best fork for a Santa Cruz Chamelon

I have a Chameleon with a Reba U-turn on it and I would like to put a burlier fork on the bike which is used as an aggressive trail bike and some light freeride. Any suggestions on a solid ,plush fork that won't break the bank?

little bit of a thread hijack:
is it really worth the extra dough to go for the 454 Pike? The only advantages I have seen is that it is a little bit lighter, but its a solid $100 more.

a buddy of mine runs a 06 nixon super on his chameleon, he rides agressive trail and is pretty hard on his bike, its held up great and was a good match for his bike. you could try a Z.1, a travis would also do nicely. pike is kinda meh, I dont like pikes as much because they're everywhere here. good fork though. if you dont mind weight, the RS domain might be an idea.

You planning on racing that? the Marzo 4X is best used as a racing fork, man.

    Pike U-turn fo sure

i had a Chameleon frame, and put a Marz AM1 on it... it was nice, but a Pike would have been better.. much more versatile
