New question here. Bb30 bearing removal demo 8 carbon

Need to swap my bb bearings on my 16 demo carbon.
Do I have to press out the cups IN ADDITION to the bearings?
I believe these are 2 separate items based on the manual.
Based on my photo. Wouldn't the cups have to come out too?
How would I just remove the bearing?

    Also...
Any recommendations where to get the new besting?
I plan on re-using the cups.

    Thanks for any information.

Bought the park tool bb30 remover...tapped with a hammer, bearings popped right out.

Probably a little late at this point on the recommendation, but whenever I need new bearings the first place I check is RWC.
