Barrell Trail to Green Valley(Too many Pics)

Went for a tech trail ride this morning with my buds JoeMoto, Clintoris, Enoch, and Travis. The variety of terrain you cover in this 10-12 mile ride is incredible. Everything from Slick rock to red cliffs, to fast rolling white dirt. You'll recognize the ones of me on the Heckler.

Yeah. That is southern Utah. St. George to be more exact. As good as moab or better IMO. That's why I moved here two months ago.

Shweet I might try to find it on the way back north from Bootleg over Xmas break!

Looks like a nice variety of terrain.

A DH bike is way overkill out there. The guy in the white t-shirt is riding a Giant AC with Sherman Firefly up front, and Joemoto is on a Yeti ASX with Sherman Breakout, and I'm on a Heckler with Z-1.

Sounds good Shiver. Let me know which bike you are bringing, and that will dictate the kind of riding we do.

Then it's gotta be Grafton Mesa or Flying Monkey. I haven't ridden the Monkey yet, but I hear it's quite harry! Too bad you don't have a 5 or 6 inch bike.....Gooseberry Mesa is a blast!

Make sure you hit King Kong about halfway down Flying Monkey. The first roller is a doozy!

Here is a sequence from some video we shot at the beginning of King Kong. Flying Monkey is a cool tech trail, but it is hard to flow. I liked Grafton much better. Some great trails out there.

What's up brutha? I thought it was you, just wasn't sure. Been riding much? I haven't been out to Anderson since last June. Trail is pretty beat up. Swing on down for some TWP soon.

I'll be out of town all next week. Bullit is out of action anyways, and my Scream is partially built, so I'd say next year in January some weekend.
