New question here. azonic-a frames vs. kona jack ****

both look similar. the azonics have a big slanted piece off the front/back. this looks like it adds weight. the konas look light but it sounds like u cannot rebuild the bearings.

both are great pedals....if you get the kona jack shict...get them w/sealed bearings. I have had a set for 3 years and no problems...no maintenance either

Ditto, I've had my Jack Shicts for almost 2 years, and they have held up great. But the azonics are not bad pedals, they are just quite a bit more expensive.

Third vote for the jack shits. Strong durable pedal.

Well I just ordered some Azonics but the slanted piece looks like it could actually help a bit. When you're goin pretty fast and hit something, at least with my pedals (Specialized ones) the front is open and gets caught up easier. The Azonics look like they just will glide over stuff ;p

i'm surprised no a-frame riders have yet said anything about em.
    they're great pedals.
i've had mine for over 3 years and only recently is the most imperceptible play
    noticable on one side.
real grippy, real durable, look good, feel good.

if you can, get your feet on both to decide.

    the A frames r awesome...

ive had my pair for about a year and the grip is still very strong

also i have size 13 feet and my whole foot fits on them so the wideness of them isnt a problem

    I'm for A Frames . . . bla, bla, bla - do a search.

The cheaper JackShlts only last a few months in rocks. The main thing I didn't like about them was: ended up stepping on end of peddle too often, before peddle flipped to flat / on pins. The ends are sloped more on A Frames, and this doesn't happen. Good luck
