Avid Juicy 7 or Hayes HFX

Going to be getting a new set of brakes.
Narrowed down too two hydros. The Avid Juicy 7 & Hayes HFX Mag
Which is better in your opinion and why do you prefer them.

I am leaning towards the Avids after becoming fed up with the Hayes mech. that I currently have. I seem to think the technology is better on the Avids as well.

    Thanks,

    J-Mizzle

    Depends on who you ask...

Been debated to death here & the brake forum as well. It's all gonna come down to price & availability. To hear it told here, both are good brakes. I'm partial to the Juicys & Avids in general cause they're the only discs I've ever owned. If you do a search you'll get a screen full on them. More than you'll want to read.

Avids levers fell 100x better than Hayes with better modulation and more power. No on/off Hayes BS. Look at some Hope Mono m4 too...
