    bliding? Meaning what?

Leave the old pads in, insert a flathead screw driver between the pads, rock back and forth. Done. Was that so hard?

If the pistons don't want to push all the way back, the system may be overfilled. Level out the lever, open the bleed port on the reservoir, Reset the pistons.

If you still don't get it... best not be working on your bike. Take it to a shop.
