    Attitash

is attitash any good for downhill and freeriding? I was thinking about going up ther, but its a far drive so i want to make sure that its worth it. How does it compare to mountsnow? Is ther any man made stuff, and is there good single strack that is really steep and tecky? Thanks

i'm not sure about that much freeride, but the down hill is mind blowing, they have extremly steep parts and very tech. they have man made stuff which is decent, but the mountain is not for begginers. also the trails are pretty tight at some points.

    attitash is amazing!!!

if u no where to look u can find some freeride drops and twords the bottom of the mountain their is a nice line of dirtjumps and berms.

its not really that expensive unless u rent one of their bikes, a whole day lift ticket is 29 bucks and a full day rental (Iron horse yakuza kumicho) is sixty.

ps attitash is in bartlett new hampshire on 302 near nort conway.

Well said. That place is crazy steep and technical.

I can admit it....that place owned me last year. It's where I destroyed my Monster T. Plus i was riding on no sleep, was up for about 36 hours straight.

It's way more steep and tech that Mt Snow (my favorite place to ride). Not my style of riding at all. It was fun, but not my style.

There are some man made stunts/drops here and there. There's a small 4x course at the bottom. Nothing to big, but it's fun and you can smash into your buddies and have a blast.

Did I mention it's steep? Yeah, steep. Real steep. Bananas steep. Just plain steep.

yeah i know what you mean, it's not really my style, but it's better than nothing. i like more flowy trails and fast and attitash is just steep and techy and at the time i cared loads about crashing my new bike, but i'm not like that anymore. also my tires were 99% and after attitash it was like 90 front and 65 rear. attitash is really crazy steep.
