http://classifieds.mtbr.com/cgi-bin/...lassifieds.pl? Thats where everyone here would list their for sale bikes and parts... New for 1000 you could go to www.supergo.com and check out the Weyless 67 ... There is plenty of threads on here that show pics and mini reviews and opinions on that bike and almost any others.....

I am currently in the act of selling my Spec, it was a good bike for the riding i did but i felt i was breaking stuff all the time, also you need a new spring to get a proper amount of travel on the bike, in my opinion look at something different, you should be able to find something better for $950

check out the big scratch on the boxxer's left stanchion (seen in the closeup of the stanchions from behind), which was obviously rotated around to hide the scratch. Specs with boxxers are really the worst set up you can have. A friend used to ride that set up and hated it. I have 3 friends with that frame (one is the smaller Grom model) and all three of them have blown up their shock. The frame is not under warranty if you install a 7" travel fork, plus the stock rear shock blows up very easily. Go for the weyless, definitely.

I believe Supergo has sold out of 67s. They do have '04 Iron Horse SGS Experts (freeride version) on sale for $1299. though. I think they have still have a few Gemini 900s (they were $1499, but I haven't checked the price in forever). Neither of these deals is insane nor are they under $1000, but they're reasonably good.

yeah, then he gives a picture of it. dosen't look like anything was trying to be hidden to me. besides that scratch would do nothing to effect the fork anyway......

the Specs aren't that bad for begginers. accually i might want to get one just so i can fool around with it. do they make any for peoples who are 5' 10''? well i wouldn't want to buy it know, i need to get my SX Trail first.

no, i think the spec would be too small for you anyway, they are about the size of a full suspensuon bmx cruiser designed for young and/or short people. the boxxer is too much fork for that bike anyway since it uses 24" wheels to begin with.

ths SX Trail would for sure be a better suited bike for a taller rider....

The Big hit grom uses 24" but the normal spec uses26"...
