Anybody have any word on the new trek FR bike?

title says it all. Haven't heard any rumors even, they've been mum about it, but with the remedy going carbon and the front end going to 150/32mm stantions/15mm axle, I can only assume they're going to bring out a ~170mm offering to be the tweener.

Anybody have a word on this, or will we have to wait till trek releases pictures of it at trekworld?

A dude was riding a green proto at Whistler along with two guys on the Honda G-boxx bikes, all of them were supposedly Trek employees testing Showa suspension. I asked Shandro about it and he also told one of the SGC counselors that a 7 inch bike is coming out pretty soon.

I thought they were supposed to come out with a FR version of the Session. Before the DH Session was released I thought I remembered a 7" FR oriented session spec'd with a Totem or 66.

yep, it'll be sick when it (7'' travel FR bike, NOT a carbon bike!) arrives on the scene!

Hopefully it wont have custom "dentable" tubing like the Session 88 and the alu Remedy.

ya. Wouldn't be surprised for a new bike. there were a few guys riding an 88 with a Showa fork and rear shock. And the homies on the Honda bikes were sending it as well. Were just going to have to wait.
    SEND IT TO THE MOON!!!!!!!!
