Anybody ever disassemble a Fox Van 100 RLC

I Took apart my Fox 100 RLC with the hopes of increasing the the travel to 125mm.
After dissassembly I could not find the 25mm spacer for the damper side (right leg).
Do I need to order 1 ? I don't think it's in the fork leg. Pete at Planet X told me when I bought it that it's an easy deal to change the travel it now appears that I'll be down for a bit.

I called Fox this morning, I am indeed short the required spacer. They are sending me the spacer and a couple of fresh crush washers at no cost. (awsome customer service).
I do have to pay the shipping though.

You should order stiffer springs also....

if your going to 125mm and posting here, I'll bet you'll like the stiffer springs.
I think they have a green mark on them.Stock is yellow I think....
