sweet pics and report Ian. top notch. It's bonkers watching those guys blast through that boulder field on the WC part of the trail. I've got a video of last years race from there floating around somewhere...

it's weird. I know how crazy the trail is, I've seen it first hand, but for some reason I wanna ride it now... I think I'm nuts...

I'll get an 8" bike first

I thought you were referring to the CCCX race yesterday, till I saw the boulder. No boulders at CCCX races. If they were, Keith would figure a way for us to ride up them, instead of down.

If I can ride it and put together a run I'll race it. We'll see what happens.

Ian, really great camera work! That very first shot is just awesome (OK, they're all great...). The sky, the detail, the lighting - very inspiring work!
This is how all the pictures I ever take look in my head before I take them. Sadly, mostly they all just come out as poo in real life, but it won't stop me from trying.....
At least my friends get good laughs out of it ("ah dude, all that tinkering around, and you shot THAT?").
