    Air Sprung!?

Does an air type shock/fork setup work for heavier guys too? I was looking at the Iron Horse 7.9, and the versus blitz II with same rear shock and fork, and the transition bottle rocket with the same shock/fork setup. Just curious if it performs as good as a coil sprung suspension for the heavy dawgs too?

    idk... how heavy??
if i were over 145...150 id go for the coil..?
i mean... if ur racing it might matter a little with the weight and all... but id go with the coil if i were u... less to worry about.. and itll only add like... 2-3 lbs at most...

DHX Air has it's problems, some people have had good luck with them. No mid-stroke support with the DHX-A shocks. But air spring technology has come a long way.

    I'm 200 lbs....

...and I run a DHX-Air rear and a Marzocchi 66 SL up front. No problems so far! And I love the tunability of air shocks.
