    Agressive Trail Riding anyone?

Personally, I hate the phrase but I thought i appropriate for this build. Its a work in progress with the 888s up for sale, the shock up for sale and a planned upgrade for a single ring on the front with an MRP. Looking to put on either Nixons or Shermans with a 4 way Swinger air shock on the rear.
Weighs 38.8 pounds as is. Should be around the 35 mark with planned changes.
Tyres look naff I know but they are great in the soft stuff.

    Nice bike

Is that a GT/ It certanly looks great imho.

I would consider keeping a triple chainset or at least two rings and bashguard. The wight should come off ok, depends how much money you want to spend on it as well. Titanium spring is another way to lose some weight. its easy to lose about 200g in each tyre as well.

Hell.... just put a DRS on that, and call it a trail bike. Have seen madmen riding 46-47 pound "trail bikes" at sub 40, thats a fine ride.
People call me a dick, but I just think im clever.
