Nice pics Bob. Congrats on the weight loss. If you can do that double drop then you should be able to clear the "clutch" no problem. I know you can do it Have faith in yourself, you have been successful at everything else you have attempted in life, why not that?

Nice drops. Maybe in person the Clutch is nastier, but from the posted pics, those drops look like a pucker factor 8.

I've been having the same brain farts on a drop in demo. Every time I approach it, my kahonnies shrink, my spincter contracts, and my brakes lock up. I've even slipped and tumbled down the face a few times, just trying to back away. But, theres an even lager drop, with a flatter/shorter, and rockier transition, that I hit in a park close to my house with no problems. Frickin, pizzen, me off!

    Good luck with yours!

I broke my collarbone into three pieces once while wearing a 661 pressure suit. Didn't work, but that was really my fault more than anything. I say wear that stuff when necessary, when it helps, you'll be glad.

um ... gotta wait on that one ... but seeing as it's Christmas here is a video shot not far from the same spot, almost Christmas, Dec 22 ride. Just like a lot of mtb videos, it does not look as steep as it really is. Insert smiley here: :-)
