dude get off the computer and ride. seriously lol the liquid is not worth the 40 and that would be a waste unless you plan on buying another frame. Even that is a waste because frames are uber-expensive and so is the 40 RC2 retail price. Don't waste your money and just get a brand new better bike.
170mm profile crankset, silver king headset barely used, new blackspire chainguide, old version hope mini brakes---- all for sale at i-wanna-get-rid-of-it prices. I'm gone all of july after the 10th, other than that PM me if interested.

You could run it at 6 inches until you get the Uzzi.

I think that it would be ok as long as you only put it on for a short while. You would probably just have to be a little careful but other than that I think it would be fine until you got your other bike.

Ride the Liquid as-is and let the 40 rest in some safe spot until the Uzzi get there. Considering its a 40 you'll need two, maybe three armed guards at all times. Ride the Liquid in a build that makes use of the bikes natural geometry. Putting a 40 on that bike would ruin the way it rides. Plus, if you screw up the fork before the frame get there, you'll be kicking yourself.

yeah, uzzis are DANK bikes, (im gettin one next year myself) but thats just pointless to put a 40 on a liquid. like someone else said, youd be better off to buy a complete bike, or, find some other bike with the parts you want, take the parts, and sell the frame for next to MSRP. that way you get the entire build spec for the price of the fork. but yeah, a 40 on a liquid would not only DESTROY its ridding characteristics, but you WILL snap the headtube, no doubt, unless of course your pedalling around in your driveway. keep it stock and keep all the parts new until they find thier final home- the uzzi
