    36 Fox Float - freeriding

Just wondering if anyone is using the 36 Float for freeriding. I have everything coil on my bike but I was wondering about the Float because it would easy to change the stiffness with just adding air. I am just curious as to how well it will hold up. Any imput? Thanks I currently run a 36 van.

36 talas for 4 years for me . No issues besides the rebuilding of the cartrige every once in a while

Been running those for over 3 years now with no issues. Had a Marz. 66SL before that and it worked fine as well. The chassis is the same as the coil version, you just don't get the same small bump sensitivity.

Thanks for the input. I like the new 2012 float with the Kashima coating.

I rode the fork for the first time. Not sure what to make of it, I love coil feel but the 36 float is better. Not the same feel as coil for sure but it felt better then my 36 van. I am very surprised. I was riding a 2009 Van 36 so a 2012 Float with the Kashima coating is pretty damn good. I hope it lasts.
