    2008 Devinci Wilson??

I'm thinking about buying a 2008 Wilson. I know they had some issues with pivot bushings, and went back to bearings I think in 09. My question is, if you could get a good deal on a Wilson with bushings would you do it, or would you stay away and only buy one with bearings? Any other issues I should know about? Devinci now has US dealers so I'm assuming it won't be tough to source dropouts, new bushings.....

    Go for it

If you can get a sweet deal on one go for it. You can always upgrade the bushings to bearings for around $100

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure if that was an option. Did you, or do you currently ride a Wilson with bushings?

No, I have a 2008 Hectik which I just upgraded to bearings.

Hi just spotted your post here about Devinci,
looking to by an all-mountain full-suspension bike and have an offer on a second hand HECTIK 1 2008 model, with mostly stock parts, lightly used from the look of it.

As you mentioned you have one, in 2012 what would one pay for a 4yr old MTB?
    Thanks
    btw.. first post here
