It seems like a good deal to me. Those frames were supposed to rip with the triangles re-drilled and this one has that done already. The boxxer would be one of the three options mentioned above though. Find that out for sure. The world cup being much more expensive than the race and team.

$1000 is a steal. Worth $500 as a trade in on a new Turner. Still love mine, I plan on doing the drill mod, lowers the BB and slackens the head angle. Updates the bike.

Great deal IMO! I would buy it.

Any info on this frame drilling? My bike is based off the DHR and I think I read about the drilling, but have never seen any info aside from "do it".

for 1000 that is a great deal on a first time bike...sounds like the guy took care of it servicing it before you buy it (sounds like he wants to make sure you are happy with it)...go for it...ask for free shipping

That's a steal! 2 years ago I got a 2002 m1 for 1k. The Dhr is 4 years newer (but this is 2 years later, so it's technically only 2 years newer) and has way better parts. Go for it!

Its a soild bike ...after owning a 06 for years I finally let it go after I bought my jedi..Still to this day I miss the dhr..Fugger handled it all and begged for more. A bit heavy but that frame was designed to last ,not be a one season wonder..

Makes me wish I had known more when I bought my bike and gone with something like this for a couple hundred more.

at $1k, buy it before someone else does. turner used the same basic design of the dhr for MANY years, tweaking geometry here and there. fun bikes for sure. one of the liveliest DH bikes out there.
