1st trail ride for little man....

I took Jr. out for his 1st trail ride and he was all over it.
A freakin' natural and full on gonzo.
His training wheels were really just getting in the way as he was pounding over rocks and roots.

Unfortunately I couldn't shoot him going down some of the bigger hills, because I had to hold on to his seat, but here's a couple pics.
    What a blast.

Great shots! Now when you say he's "full of Gonzo", I sure hope you aren't referring to Gonzostrike......

I really hope my 3 year old daughter takes an interest in cycling. Looks like it'd be fun to tutor them!

Aw man its amazing to watch them go.
It's one thing when you realize that you have progressed, but you gain a whole new perspective when you watch them go from point A to point B to C etc.

I can't wait to get those training wheels off. He's already figured out how to use body english to manipulate the bike.

    Heh, heh.
Ya know I figured someone was gonna say something about that, but I was sure it would be Zachdank.

I was thinking more along the lines of Ted Nugent.
    (No offense Gonzostrike.)

My 5year girl is a total tomboy. Her little Specialized bike is even blue/red as she hates pink! Anyway she said the only boys go fast then I showed her a all female clip on Chain Reaction I think and she was psyched! She was the fastest girl at her bikeathon!

Love showin' kids the fun of MTB!
