    12mm hub question

Hey, I have a question about a 12mm hub I just got. I took it out for a few spins and already I have cracked the place where the cassette is spun into so now I cant tighten the cassette. My question is it possible to simply replace the freehub body with another one from the same type hub or do these things not come appart. Thanks.
