10 mm hub fit 12 mm frame?

10 mm rear for coil air 2011
Can I run a 10mm qr thru axle on the rear of a coil air 2011? Is there some sort of reducer to allow it to fit? Coilair has 12 mm thru axle

Unless the hub is convertible to a 12mm or the frame has adapters (which I believe it doesn't) no.
    Whats this line for?
