    04 super t vs 7in 888r?

Im ordering my new fork tomorow and I've narrowed it down to the two. The 888 is 200 bucks more then the super so is it worth the money for the extra adjustment and the dual HSCV? Does the single ssv change the ride on the 04 super t? And which fork is lighter?

i thought the 888 was a bit lighter but i would just get the super t since your getting the same travel and the ssvf i didnt think did much of anything in the fork besides help control the rebound a little bit. save the 200 bucks and get some other parts that would make a bigger difference.

well the 888 is gonna be lighter, stiffer and stonger, and have better tire clearance. You probably could only tell the damping difference if put side by side, but the 888 will allow for extra tweakage.

value is a question for the man with the money.
