If you read it on NSMB, then that was me. I heard that it's going to be released on the 28th, that it is a total ground up redesign (bearings instead of bushings), it will be released in plastic and aluminum....and it's a 140mm back end. I have tried to get more info from the local distributor...but no luck. I have been told that PB and other sites will have all the info up on the 28th.

I want to know the colours, BB setup, ST length on the XL...(500 is too short for us tall peeps) so I can start getting parts for the frame set option.

V1 and V2 Troy both had bearings at all pivots. Are you possibly referring to a trunion mount shock with bearings at the upper end like the Spartan has?

    Ha!
Got an up close and hands on look at one today @ Dunbar not even an hour after the mech finished building it up.
Very sexified rear end on that sucker, in fact the whole thing looks sleek and fast, with the exception of the lower shock mount that to my eye looks awkward. Shoulda' thought on that one aspect a little more before going to production imo.
Told shop guy I was lucky it were a large or I'd be 6 g's poorer.
Spec was GX alu rims RS fork 'n post prolly 31lbs.
Be hard pressed to fit any more in the rear than the 2.4 that was on it. 2.5 be max I reckon. No way a 2.6 goes in there. I'm skeptical the new 2.35 HD would fit.
From my perspective a frame only build would be in order.
