    Devinci customer service = awesome!!!
    I was on the phone with them for less than five minutes before they knew the problem, and offered me a solution, for free.

    Ever since I got my Troy, there has been slight play in the upper shock bolt. After trying to fix it, I finally gave them a call. Turns out, this is a random problem on some bikes, and they have already worked with Fox to develop a new bushing for those bikes that are affected. Devinici sent the new bushings to my LBS, free of charge.

    I wish every company stood by their products like they do.

    Thanks for sharing man. I asked two different dealers about their experiences with Devinci and they both had the same thing to say. Big concern since my closest dealer is 6 hours away!

    That's a bummer. Seeing as how Devinici didn't offer to send me the replacement parts, it's obvious that they value the LBS relationship too, and a six hour drive for warranty and such would be a huge PITA.

    I got a prompt and outstanding response from Devinci today staing that they are more than happy to work with me locally. All claims must be ran through the original shop but can be handled by my local shop mechanic. Or...they would ship to my house if need be. Seems fair enough to me.
