Redline Conquest
I'm looking at picking up a redline conquest. It appears to be a 2007 based on what I can find online; the green paint job is not bikepedia though. I have found other peoples pictures saying it's a '06 though.

I have two questions, roughly, what do you guys think it's worth?
It seems, to be kind of dusty, with some scratches, here are some pictures of it:

Also I ride a 58 or 60 cm road bike 21" MTB, should I size down from my normal road bike size for a cyclocross?
Thanks for any input!

That sounds a bit steep for a more entry level bike with Tiagra, but it is cx season right now, -not the ideal time to be bargain hunting. That's a tough one, if it really is like new and has decent wheels maybe $500? It would seem like if you're a good shopper you could get a pretty high end bike for the $700-$900 range.
I ride a 61cm and usually 21" or 22" 26er mtb, I'm ok on a 20" 29er hardtail (36" inseam, 6'2"+), what's your inseam? I do fine on same size cx bike as road bike.

Sorry, I linked to the wrong ad, that was one I found for comparison, and it's pretty old. The one I'm considering is listed at $400 and is pretty dusty; looks like it's been sitting in there garage for a while.
I'm 6'2" with a 33" inseam, my arm span is 6'8" though.
I'll be giving it a test ride tomorrow morning, and will see the size then, because the owner doesn't know the size or how to measure.

One just sold on eBay today, $425 (+$100 shipping).

And this green frame was listed as a 2006:

I bought an '09 frame last year for $150. Built it up with a 29er wheelset and disks.
