    Cyclocross Disc calipers

Is it possible to convert a flat mount caliper to a post mount frame? I have recently purchased a new force 1 groupset to put on my Norco Threshold and the calipers are flat mount. I have found this part

It is almost the cost of a new set of calipers for the pair. I just want to see what my options are before I commit to purchase.

I am also considering just getting new calipers. Are there any that are more recommended for CX/Gravel that would be worth looking at since I would already be replacing mine?

    Thanks in advance!

The adapters are $40 each, new calipers are $80+ each. Plus you'll have to bleed the system with the new calipers, which would be another cost.
