Did anyone else have a really hard time installing their BB? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I screw in my BB it goes in crooked, both sides, and it takes a lot force to turn it. I'm starting to think I may have already stripped it Any suggestions?
thanks

Make sure the 2 holes of the EBB are on the drive(right) side, mine came with the EBB installed wrong.

My suggestion is to chunck the old EBB and go buy a carver - http://www.bikemannetwork.com/biking...FRMBB/BMAN-EBB

Carver Expanding EBB or with set screws?
If the carver EBB acts like a Fisher Rig EBB (expanding wedge). It may be a good backup, if the set screw welds crack....

Does anyone know if the new Niner EBB will work w/ the Zion 737ebb frame???

I replaced the stock ebb with a Phil Wood - no more slipping, much easier to adjust when changing cogs.

yep, Zion EBB shell is std size, 2 1/4 inch ID
I replaced the stock one with a Busnell type....more throw and less slippage.
