    Zion 853EBB reincarnated

I have moved on to a On One Inbred... but since the Zion is such a nice frame, I convinced a friend that was looking for a new bike to take it (meaning buy it cheap from me) and build a new bike from scratch (some new parts... some old parts, but very sound build).

The bike will have the following build:

    Zion 853 EBB 19" Frame
    Magura Ronnin 110mm fork
    XT/Mavic 317 wheels
    Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.25 tires
    LX hydro brakes 180/160
    XT HT2 cranks
    XT shifters
    XT FD & RD
    XT cassette
    XTR/DuraAce chain
    FSA 110mm stem
    generic but very light seatpost
    Cane Creek S3 headset
    Ritchey Rizer bar
    Sette Italia X0 saddle

here's the current build state, I hope I can finish it by tomorrow, since it is a bank holiday over here

I like the black & would have gotten black (maybe) if it had been gloss.

Good lookin' rig! And have fun w/ the On-One. Now there's a nice color! (Hope the paint is better than mine was).

lol very true! There's this trial system in Delaware call White Clay that leaves me with a permanent grin like that. Place is like a roller coaster for bikes! By far, my favorite place to ride. --Mark
